The scope of work shows the common area is cancelled. Please update “Proposed site plan” to update proposed tenant area location and entrance.Delete common area and note #131. Update the note #110 at the back door for exit only.Identify the location of the accessible parking serving suite 3605 and location of the entrance to suite 3605. The accessible parking shall be located on the shortest accessible route from parking to an entrance complying with Section 11B-206.4.Please note that the building entrance for suite 3605 will need to be relocated since it is no longer shared common area with 3603 on the proposed design. Please remember to update the design on the 3605 tenant improvement(permit #101108402).Sheet A1.1. Delete new opening between suite 3601 and suite 3603. Delete note #108.Detail 7/A0.5. Incorrect measurement. Revise mounting height for wall-mounted signage. Tactile characters on signs shall be located 48 inches minimum above the finish floor or ground surface, measured from the baseline of the lowest Braille cells and 60 inches maximum above the finish floor or ground surface, measured from the baseline of the highest line of raised characters.
