If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. Revise drawings to show compliance.This review does not include mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler system, or electrical work. Separate plans, applications, fees, plan checks, and permits are required for mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler systems, and electrical work. Call 647-5800 for information.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840).
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039).
- County of Orange Health Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings ((714) 433-6000).ARCHITECTURALRevise and provide more clear description of the scope of work to be consistent with permit application. The following is the City record of this permit. Show following description as your actual scope of work on the cover sheet of the drawings.Clarify the yellow detectable warning on site plan to be consistent with the actual site condition. Refer to the street view photo from Google map for reference only. Clarify the location of the detectable warnings on the site plan. Please visit the actual site.
This project requires mandatory $30000*0.2=$6000 to upgrade the existing accessible path of travel to comply with 2019 CBC 11B accessibility requirements. If the existing restrooms are partially complying with 2019 CBC 11B Division 6, it is require to spend at least 20% of the adjusted construction cost to fix the non-conforming elements to comply with Code requirements. Please identify any non-conforming parts, provide design and details on plan to fix them with cost of construction to comply with 20% rule.
