Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)
- Grading Permit. Application is made through the Building Safety Division (647-5800) and the plan review is by
the Public Works Agency (647-5039)
- County of Orange Health Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings ((714)433-6000)Reminder: Grading permit is required prior to the building permit issuance. On the coversheet, please specify occupancy groups, type of construction and square footage of the proposed rear metal canopy and front pergola. Rear metal canopy located adjacent to the property line: Please provide fire-rated wall with parapet in accordance with Section 705. Front pergola/trellis structure(s) located adjacent to the property line: Please relocate front trellis structure in accordance with Section 705. (End of Comment)
