The plan check application of the original building permit (#101107312) will be expired on July 15, 2022. The building permit must be issued prior to the expiration date. Please schedule an appointment with building permit staff, Julie Amsden @ 714-647-5851 for permit issuance.
The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.Provide structural lateral support of the exterior wall where the existing door is altered with the new wider sliding door. On this lateral brace line, provide calculation, plan and details to design the lateral support of to support the lateral force from the tributary area of the existing house and new patio addition.END OF COMMENT
