Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)Reminder:Final plan shall be stamped, signed and dated by a licensed architect. Upon discussing with our building inspector, there was no confirmation of non-fire rated wall and door at between the existing social hall building and existing vestibule. Please remove note stated building inspector verified the existing condition. The architect of record must verify and justify that the fire-rated wall and door is acceptable to be removed. Otherwise, comply with the previous approved plan. Per plan record, the wall between the social hall and vestibule was 1-hr fire-rated wall. If revised, please show/provide occupancy separation between the assembly building (social Hall) and administration building. 2nd Review Comment: No response provided nor plan was revised per comments above.
