CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDMENTSThe applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100)
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Plan check comments:Comparing with previous package, a number of drawings and structural calculation are not included at this submittal. City will not slip sheets for the applicant or assume any of the previous submittal as part of the approval plans. Please provide complete submittal package at submission for review. Incomplete submittal may cause review delay and rejection.Do not use drop cart for next submittal. Contact permit staff to make an appointment to update the scope of work prior to plan review. See item #1.Sheet C.S. The revision from delta 5 through delta 7 are not part of the original permit (#101108084). Please revise the scope of work to provide full description of the scope after delta 4 revision. The scope of this permit (#101109147) has been modified multiple times by the applicant after first submittal. The scope in city record may no longer match the drawing. At the next submittal, please make an appointment with permit staff to update the scope of work prior to plan check.For your reference, the image below is the scope in our record as your original proposal under this permit.
