The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings (647-5839 or 647-5700)
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)
Sheet A0.1. Per sheet index, please submit sheet S1.1.
Sheet A0.1. Revise sheet index to include all sheets in the sheet index.
Sheet E.6 is not part of the original approved plans per plan check #101108468. On sheet E.6, please revise landing design and gate location to provide level area 60” in direction of gate swing, 48” opposite gate swing, 24” (exterior) jamb clearance. The required 24” clearance shall all be in the pedestrian gate landing, not encroach into the vehicular way.
On sheet E.6, provide all missing details shown on the notes on the drawings: 1/D2, 1/D3, 1/D5, 1/D6, 1/D7, 2/D7 and 1/D8 for review.
If sheet E1 through E5 are part of the construction document, submit those plans for plan review and approval.
All drawings shall be reviewed, approved, stamped, signed and dated by the license architect of record.
