The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance: -Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. -Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840). -Public Works Agency approval (647-5039). - School District Compliance Certificate; and a copy of the building permit application, signed by the plan check engineer, shall be required by the School District to verify the scope of the work. Please contact permit service at (714) 647-5800 for new permit application. Additional fees will be required. Final plans shall be signed and dated by the person who is responsible for the construction document. Sheet A.1: New landscape planter adjacent to the existing garage door – Please show section to show exposed earth/grade located at least 8” below the wall sill plate and show surface water flow away from the building wall. The 2x6 ceiling joists were over-spanned – Please upsize ceiling with minimum 2x8. Please show ceiling frames for ceiling finish (drywall) and support. Show ceiling joist size, spacing, bearing (supporting) location, etc. (End Comment)
