CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDMENTSThe applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.In the truss calculation, provide additional page(s) showing the location and numbering of each node and member to locate each node and member in RISA analysis.Per sheet 3.0, the existing concrete slab requires to support maximum 6.95 kips column load. The engineer of record in responsible charge of the building structural design shall provide a statement stating that he or she has reviewed and approved for loads, location, and suitability for intended use.
