Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100) - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - School District Compliance Certificate; a copy of the building permit application, signed by the plan check engineer, shall be required by the School District to verify the scope of work. Refer to the attached handout.Sheet A1.1: Please update Title Sheet to include the proposed gas fuel canopy. Please update Title Sheet to eliminate all the delta correction under the previous approved plans. On the plan, please provide the following information for the proposed fuel canopy: Scope of workOccupancy groups Type of Construction SprinklerFloor area of the canopyFor clarity, please show distance between the edge of canopy to the adjacent building, and to the property lines. On the plan, please clarify whether the fuel dispensers and under-ground storage tanks are included under the permit application or will be under a separate deferred submittal. Please clearly indicate on the plan. Please show an accessible route from the public side walk, and from the retail building to the proposed fuel canopy. Provide/show detectable warning, curb ramps, curb cut, etc., as applicable. Where provided, fuel dispenser shall comply with Section 11B-309. Please provide fuel dispensers complying with Section 11B-309. Sheet A2.5C: Please update plan to show the works under this permit application. Structural Review Comment: Sheet GN1: Please specify all the required special inspection items for the proposed structure. Sheet CS1: Please provide calculation and detail for the cutting holes in the HSS columns. Show limitation and non-cutting zone. Footing detail on sheet CF1: Please revise detail to show subgrade material below the slab and competent alluvium. Please provide two update soil reports with the foundation design recommendation. Please coordinate foundation design with the soil report. Sheet CF1: The approved plan will be used as a construction document. Please sign and date per statement provided on the plan.
