Cover Sheet: Please provide/specify building area, type of construction and occupancy group(s) on the plan. 2nd Review Comment: Sheet S0.1 – Please revise occupancy groups (B, S-1) and construction type (III-B) to match with architectural plan sheet A-0. Due to the alteration/improvement (structural improvement) of the existing building, accessibility requirement shall be complied with Section 11B-202. On the plan, please show/provide “path of travel” information in compliance with Section 11B-202.4. Show accessible parking space(s) and accessible route from the accessible parking to the building primary entrance. Show accessible primary entrance Accessible restrooms Drinking fountains, if provided Etc. 2nd Review Comment: Architectural site plan and accessibility information were provided. Please provide the following requirement information. Keynote 3, 4, and 6 – For clarity, please revise note to limit cross-slope of 1:48 (2%) and eliminate all other slope dimension (such as 3.5%, 4.3%, 2.6%, etc.). Please show concrete curb ramp with detectable warning on the north side of the building where giving access from the north accessible parking stalls. Curb ramp shall comply with Section 11B-406. On the plan, please clearly identify/show location of the Van accessible parking stall. The single parking stall located on the south side of the property – Please revise plan to provide/relocate the accessible access aisle to the driver side so that the passenger would not require to travel behind the parked vehicle located on the right side of the drive aisle. Please provide information for the restrooms. Existing restrooms shall be made accessible to persons with disabilities. Please provide restroom plans and details to show compliance with Chapter 11B, Division 6. Sheet A-0, Note #48 – Please revise note to specify “THIS DOOR TO REMAIN UNLOCKED WHEN THIS SPACE IS OCCUPIED”. Please incorporate the architectural and structural plans (sheets) into a set of plans.
