All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.(Information) The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840).PLAN CHECK COMMENTS:Please provide a project site plan with the following:
- Provide a fully dimensioned site plan on each set of plans.
- Disabled access compliance must be shown on the site plan.
- Show all property lines of record on the site plan.
- Show north arrow.PC2: Site plan is required on any building permit application regardless whether accessibility upgrades or not.Please provide first floor plan, mezzanine floor plan and building cross sections. Indicate story height and roof height in the building sections. The information is required to review structural design.PC2: Clarify and show the existing mezzanine height in the building section 2/A2.1. Remove the word “demolition” and specify “existing” from plans, drawing tiles, and title blocks on each drawing.All sheets. Verify the existing anchorage system whether it is sufficient to transfer the increased demand force or provide retrofit design at the diaphragm to wall connection.Please do not submit partial structural calculation as “updated” or “only response to correction comment”. The original structural calculation shall be updated to match the structural plan.
