Indicate story height and roof height in the building sections. ASCE 7-16 12.8.3.PC2: Not resolved.Please justify the Fpx =0.262 W as shown on page LR-2. Provide diaphragm calculations per ASCE 7-16 12.10.1.1 and equation (12.10-1, 12.10-2 and 12.10-3). The diaphragm force shall include the additional force transferred from mezzanine level to be supported by roof diaphragm and prove that seismic force governs the design.PC2: Not resolved.Please clarify and design diaphragm to exterior concrete wall anchorage per ASCE 7-16 12.11PC2: Since the N-S direction is supporting increased seismic force, please show existing anchorage on the framing plan (e.g. type of tie-downs and their spacing). Verify the existing anchorage system whether it is sufficient to transfer the increased demand force or provide retrofit design at the diaphragm to wall connection.Please do not submit partial structural calculation as “updated” or “only response to correction comment”. The original structural calculation shall be updated to match the structural plan. At next submission, please provide two complete structural calculation (assemble all applicable pages in a book), stamped and signed by the licensed design professional for final approval.END OF COMMENTS
