All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.The stairway design shall be reviewed and approved by both structural engineer and architect.Provide an approval review letter or approval stamp with signature from the architect of record on plan.Provide and clarify on plan for stairway #2 through #4 design between 1st story and roof level. E.g. Sheet E20 through sheet E22. There are all labeled as stairway #1.CBC Section 1015.3. Stairway #1 through stairway #4. The top of the guards shall not be less than 42” in height. Plan shows only 3’-4” height. This comment applies to all stairways. (e.g. sheet 400, 402 and other sheets…)Structural calculation page 3 and page 4 are inconsistent. Page 3 shows BM-1, but computer program shows BM-2. Both calculation also incomplete. Please clarify and provide full calculation. Locate BM-1 and BM-2 on the framing plan.END OF COMMENTS
