The following comments must be addressed and responded at the next submission.The original plan check is for 200 Elk. However, the resubmitting includes 100 Elk building. Two separate building permits are required for each building. Please schedule an appointment with Building permit staffto re-apply building permit for each building. Plans are ok to share.All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.
The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
Both Structural EngineerANDArchitect of Record in responsible charge of the structural design shall provide a statement on the first page of the submitted drawingsand calculation stating that he or she has reviewed and approved for loads, location, and suitability for intended use. Provide approval stamp with signature from the engineer or architect of record on plan.
If additional building structural reinforcement is required for device anchoragedetermined by the building structural engineer in record, please provide structural calculation, plans and details along with the next submittal, provided by the building structural engineer in record.
