Include proposed scope of work including demoing and adding new windows in existing livable space 2 Identify if existing fire sprinkler system is present on building. 3 Sheet A3.2 noted index not provided. Please provide sheet or remove from index. 4 Add structural sheets to index on cover sheet 5 Identify 3’ tall fencing on site plan 6 General Requirements Note F – add note: Plumbing fixtures flow rate limitation Water Closet – 1.28 gallon per flush Shower head – 1.8 gallon per minute at 80 psi. Lavatory faucets – 1.2 gallon per minute at 60 psi. Fire rated floor-ceiling and wall assemblies shall extend to and be tight against the exterior wall, and wall assemblies shall extend from the foundation to the underside of the roof sheathing. Provide details on the plans. (R302.3 CRC) 11 Walls separating dwelling units shall provide airborne sound insulation for walls with an STC rating of at least 50 per. Provide details on plans and provide verification of a tested assembly to achieve the required STC rating of 50. 12 Floor/Ceiling assemblies separating dwelling units shall have both an STC and an IIC rating of at least 50. Provide details on plans and provide verification of tested assemblies to achieve the required STC and IIC ratings of 50. 13 Provide dimensions for new bedroom in dwelling unit. 14 Clarify if (N) 3’-0”x6’-8” entry door at dwelling unit is replacing existing. If new, add door type to door schedule.
