(Section 406.7.2, CBC)Structural Review Comment: Footing detail on sheet CF1: Please revise detail to show subgrade material below the slab and competent alluvium. 2nd Review Comment: Foundation plan – please provide slab specification, including slab’s thickness, slab reinforcement (rebar size, spacing, each way), subgrade materials, crack control, etc. Please provide two update soil reports with the foundation design recommendation.
