Reminder: Plans have not been resubmitted for the PC#104109745 to Building Safety Division. The project valuation of $5000.00 was understated. Please provide accurate valuation for the proposed works. Plan was incomplete. Please provide complete sets of plans:Provide a site plan showing property lines, street, north arrow, all buildings and structures located on the same lot. On the plan, please clearly show location of the proposed propane tank. Structural plan shall be provided on a separate plan sheet. Plan must be drawn to scale and must be legible. Structural plans: Provide structural plans and details on separate plan sheet(s). Please show/provide concrete pad information supporting the gas tank. Show pad dimensions, thickness, and reinforcement. Provide structural details for tank anchorage to footing. Details shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan. Structural calculations: Please check anchor bolts for overturning force when the tank is empty. Final plans shall be stamped, signed, and dated by a registered civil/structural engineer or a licensed architect. (End of Comment)
