Note on the Floor Plan, type and quantity of hazardous material in each control area and fire-resistive rating for fire barriers.Submit a letter addressed to the Building Safety Division describing in detail the manufacturing process from material delivery, storage, handling, packaging, and shipping of finish product. Include an equipment list describing use in the process. Is there any open flame as a part of process.Provide typical section view detail of all new partitions and ceilings showing: - Heights of partition, suspended ceiling, structure above.On detail 3/S1.0 , provide height of the partition wall and height from top of the wall to the structure above. On detail 2/S1.0, show connection detail for the full height wall to the structure above. Detail 2/ S1.0, provide blocking. Provide header at all openings on sheet S1.0. Provide complete construction detail for new 8’ wide roll up door on sheet S-1.0.Complete all soffit and furred out wall details. Provide complete detailing, including number, type, location of fasteners and how attachment is made to the building structure. (Detail 1/S-1.0).Provide complying exiting plan for the area. That portion of a means of egress system between the termination of an exit and a public way.CBC Section 1028.5, Access to a public way. The exit discharge shall provide a direct and unobstructed access to a public way.CBC Sections 11B-303, Regardless of the occupant load, there shall be a floor or landing on each side of a door. The floor or landing shall be not more than ½” lower than the threshold of the doorway. Change in level between ¼” and ½” shall be beveled with a slope no greater than 1:2. Change in level greater than ½” shall be accomplished by means of a ramp. Provide detailed sections and plan views showing compliance at all doorways requiring accessibility.CBC Section 11B-404.2.7, Hand-activated door opening hardware shall be centered between 30” and 44” above the floor. Latching and locking doors that are hand activated and which are in a path of travel shall be operable with a single effort by lever-type hardware, by panic bars, push-pull activating bars, or other hardware designed to provide passage without requiring the ability to grasp the opening hardware. Locked exit doors shall operate as above in egress direction.Drawings submitted to the Building Division for review shall provide the following information to insure compliance with CBC Section 11B-202.4: - An accessible entrance - An accessible route to the altered area - Accessible restrooms - Accessible telephone (if any) - Accessible drinking fountains, and - Parking, signage and alarmsIf a walk crosses or adjoins a vehicular way, and the walking surfaces are not separated by curbs, railings or other elements between the pedestrian areas and vehicular areas, the boundary between the areas shall be defined by a continuous detectable warning which is 36” wide, complying with the CBC Section 11B-247.1.2.5Sanitation facility toilet room floors shall have a smooth, hard, non-absorbent surface such as Portland cement, concrete, ceramic tile or other approved material which extends upward onto the walls at least 6”. Walls within 2’ of the front and sides of urinals and water closets shall be similarly finished to a height of 4’. Provide complete grab bar details on the drawings showing compliance with CBC Section 11B-604.5 including structural strength to support a 250 pound point load. Please verify if drinking fountain is new or existing for new one, show complies with accessibility.Complete the attached Disabled Accessibility Documentation Form.Provide on the drawings a complete window schedule showing: - Window sizes - Type and thickness of glazing (type of safety glazing for hazardous locations Provide a complete suspended ceiling system plan and section detail showing the following: - ICC Research Report number for the suspended ceilingProvide attachment detail for T- bar ceiling to structure above.
