Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100)
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Sheet A001: The valuation of the project as $15,000.00 appears understated. Please provide justification for the project valuation. Sheet A100: The new compressor showed on the north side of the building: The referenced permit PC# 101110100 was not valid. The scope of PC# 101110100 was only for the rotation unit located inside the building with associated roof top equipment. Please coordinate and revise plan accordingly. Per scope of work on sheet A001, please show location of new generator and specify size of generator. Sheet A101: No structural information was provided for the proposed equipment pads and equipment anchorages. Provide structural information for the equipment pads. Provide structural plans, details, and calculation. Provide a typical detail for the underground conduit trenching. Sheet S201: Please coordinate with the architectural plans to provide structural design and details for the equipment pads. Provide structural calculation and details.
