All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Sheet A001: Project Data: There was no permit record that show occupancy group A-3 for the existing building. Please coordinate and revise occupancy groups accordingly. Key Plan – Site: Please revise site plan to clarify the area of work for the proposed EV charging station and new accessible parking stalls. Scope of work: On the plan, please specify number of new EV charging stations to be installed for each charging type (level). The valuation of the project appears understated. Please provide updated valuation for the proposed works. Sheet A100: On the pan, please clearly identify location of new accessible parking stalls. The permit number 101110100 was only for the rotation unit inside of the building. Please coordinate and revise site plan in regard to the new compressor on the north side of the building. Future work should not be include on the plan. For clarity, please verify and revise site plan to omit/remove the future EV stall from plan. Parking Calculation: Please do not include the future EV for the parking summary. Parking Calculation: Accessible EV charging station is not considered as an accessible parking stall. Please revise information to specify two (2) van accessible parking stalls and one (1) van EV accessible charging station. EVvan accessible vehicle space: Please provide detail for EV van accessible parking stall with marking and identification signs per 11B-812.6. The blue color required for identification of access aisle for accessible parking shall not be used. The international wheelchair symbol marking is not required on the vehicle space. Detail 6: Please clearly show the reach range measured from the walking surface to the operable features. Show walking surface or finish surface.
