All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)The valuation of the project were understated. Please provide an updated valuation for the proposed mechanical units (works). Sheet S201: Keynote #11, 12, 13 – building permit is required for the new roof top units. Please coordinate and revise scope of work and permit application. Otherwise, remove from plan. 2nd Review Comment: Please coordinate with architect to revise permit application and scope of work to include new roof units as specified on the structural roof framing plans. Building permit is required for the new roof top units and should be part of the scope of work. 3rd Review Comment: Per architectural roof plan, those roof top units are part of the permit application. Please revise notes (11, 12, 13) to show they are part of the scope and provide structural details and support for the new units. Architectural plans and structural plans shall be consistence. Please call plan checker to discuss the correction comment. Reminder – two (2) sets of final calculation package are required for final review and approval. (End of Comment)
