On the plan, please show/provide “path of travel” information in compliance with Section 11B-202.4. Show accessible parking space(s) and accessible route from the accessible parking to the building primary entrance. Please provide the following requirement information. 3rd Review Comment: Response was incomplete. Please provide the following – Sheet A-0: Scope of work – Please include the statement for structural seismic upgrade. Sheet ST-1: Access route from the right side (north side) was not part of the accessible upgrade – Please omit the accessible route designation (arrows) from the north side of the parking stalls. Sheet ST-1: Please provide an enlarged site plan to show the demolition limit for the new accessible walkway per hardship form. Sheet ST-1: Please provide an enlarged site plan to show the proposed layout of parking stalls and accessible route. Sheet ST-1: Truncated dome is not required at the parking access aisle. Sheet ST-1: Please revise plan to provide Van accessible parking on the right side of the driveway (closer to the building) and rearrange the access aisle for the parking on the left side of the driveway to the driver side so that it does not require the person to travel behind the adjacent parked vehicle. Sheet ST-1: Plan showed there is a drain V-ditch in the middle of the driveway – Please provide detail to show the V-ditch is not exceed 5% slope, measured in the direction of travel and 2% cross-slope.
