Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Please return marked up set of drawings with corrections.CBC Sections A106.1 and A106.3.4.1, All drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a California licensed architect or registered civil engineer.This review does not include mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler system, or electrical work. - Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100)
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)
- County of Orange Health Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings ((714)433-6000)PLAN CHECK COMMENTS:Identify existing fire walls on plan. This building is classified as type VB with no fire sprinklered. Fire walls may be utilized to separate the building not to exceed the allowable floor area. (NS=9000 sf for B occupancy)PC3: Provide building allowable area analysis per CBC 508 to prove the building is within the allowable floor area based on the proposed occupancies. If fire wall occurs, show fire-rating and location on the site plan.Remove and enclose the door between office and adjacent units. Revise plan to provide detail of enclosing the door opening.PC3: Detail 1/A2.6 is not clear. Please clarify which fire assembly (fire wall vs fire barrier vs fire partition) the door is located and provide correct assembly detail per CBC Ch 7. END OF COMMENTS
