If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Interior accessibility: Please show an accessible route from the building entrance to the altered area. 2nd Review Comment: Sheet TI-A2.5 – Please revise sheet Title and specify “FOR REFERENCE ONLY”.Provide/show accessible restrooms. Provide restroom floor plans and details to show compliance with Chapter 11B, Division 6. Details shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan so that it can be easily located. 2nd Review Comment: Sheet TI-A2.0 – Please revise restroom reference to sheet TI-A2.4 for restroom enlarged plan. Sheet A2.2: Please clearly reference to sheet A5.1 for window and door schedule. 2nd Review Comment: In order to easy locate information on sheet A5.1, please clearly make reference to sheet A5.1 on the floor plan for window and door schedule. Wall supporting window W1: Please provide construction detail for wall show attachment at top and bottom of wall. 2nd Review Comment: Please provide detail to show wall support at top (top tract to structural floor above). Detail shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan. Structural CommentProvide structural calculation and details for support of glass wall panels and doors. Details shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan. 2nd Review Comment: Response was insufficient. The structural design and support for the glass wall panels cannot be deferred.
