All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Clarify on the site plan that the proposed equipment, screening and foundations will not encroach the existing VAN ACCESSIBLE parking space, its access aisle and its accessible path of travel to the building entrance. Please show the existing accessible parking by the entrance of the building (1410 E St Gertrude Pl). Show dimensions of the parking, distances the equipment, screens, pads…to prove the existing accessible parking is still remain functional after the equipment are installed. Normally, the van accessible parking is minimum 9 feet wide parking space plus 8 feet wide access aisle x 18 feet long.Provide equipment sheet attached to the submitting package for reference. Please include the dimensions, weight, center of gravity and anchorage point of the equipment.
