If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. should be submitted to expedite the process.Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100)Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Orange County Sanitation District (OCSD)Sheet A1.91: Nursery-3: Please provide a corridor for nursery-3 so that it does not require to egress through an adjoining nursery-2 room. 2nd Review Comment: If corridor is not provided, please provide a permanent discernible path by mean of providing a low-wall along the egress path to prevent encroachment into the discernible path of means of egress. The common path of travel distance for nursery-1, 2, and 3 are exceeding the allowable per Table 1006.2.1. The maximum travel distance is limited to 75-ft for non-sprinklered building. The travel distance shall be measured from the furthest point of the room to the exit. 2nd Review Comment: The common path of travel distance for Nersery-3 is exceeding 100-ft. Please re-measure and revise plan accordingly. 2nd Review Comment: Please show exit sign on both sides of door D07 and door D10. Sheet A2.11: Please provide/show an accessible route from the public sidewalk to the building primary accessible entrance. Accessible route shall be 5% maximum slope, measured in the direction of travel, 2% maximum cross-slope, and 48” wide minimum. 2nd Review Comment: The site location of concrete curb / landscape did not reflect with the existing site plan. Please coordinate and revise site plan accordingly.Provide/show detectable warning where pedestrian crosses a vehicular areas (parking and driveway). 2nd Review Comment: Site plan and detail 1/A9.21 – Truncated domes located at the end of the parking access aisle were not required. Please coordinate and provide truncated dome where the pedestrian walk crosses the vehicular area (the parking space and access aisle are considered vehicular area). Please provide details for the accessible parking stall, including dimensions, marking and signage. Details shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan. 2nd Review Comment: Detail 1/A9.21 - Truncated domes located at the end of the parking access aisle were not required.Sheet A3.01: Referenced detail 5/A7.22: Please revise detail to show the 60” clear for the water closet measured to the edge of the sink. 2nd Review Comment: First Floor restroom – Please revise plan to show 60” clear space for the water closet, measured from the side wall to the outer edge of the lavatory.
