All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)
- Orange County Sanitation District (714) 593-5756Cover sheet. To include the scope of work for the revision of the insulated panel design. Submit updated insulated plans (SP sheets), and structural calculation for plan review.Clarify on the scope of work and defer submittal item if the 2000-gallon RO tank anchorage design is part of the submittal. These tanks are located within the tank room. To apply building permits for equipment anchorage within the tank room, structural calculation and details are required for the anchorage design by a licensed professional.END OF COMMENTS
