In city of Santa Ana, the electrical permits are issued as a separate permit. Please include the site plan and identify the concrete pad location.Planning division requires screening for the generator. Provide details of the screen or fence. Show location of the screen on the site plan.Provide the following note on the plan:” The concrete testing lab shall provide a concrete compressive strength design report that meets the concrete compressive strength of 4,000 psi. The Engineer On Record shall review and approve the report and provide the report to the deputy inspector prior to the final building inspection.[END]
