Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made.This review does not include mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler system, or electrical work. Separate plans, applications, fees, plan checks, and permits are required for mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler systems, and electrical work. Call 647-5800 for information.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.Cover sheet. Under the “summary/analysis” area, please update the following on plan:Allowable area for B occupancy: 9000 sf.Allowable area for S-1 occupancy: 9000 sf.Allowable area for F-1 occupancy: 8500 sf.Allowable building height: 40 feet.Type of construction: VB.Cover sheet. Identify with delta number for this revision only.The permit application shows alteration to the rooftop units. However, the submitted plans do not have any information shown on this revision. Please clarify with the applicant and provide relevant design on the drawings. Plans and structural calculation may be required:Please provide detailed response in writing to this item clarifying if any rooftop equipment (RTU) is added or altered.For adding or altering RTUs, architectural roof plan, equipment specification, structural design including roof framing plan, equipment and screen (if provided) framing, anchorage design, calculation and details are required. Further plan review is required and correction comments may be issued.Door #120.
