All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)PLAN CHECK COMMENTS:Update plan 1/A1.1 to show minimum 48” (not 36”) clear width of ramps and exterior routes.Sheet RTW. Foundation plan and section A are inconsistent with architectural plans. E.g. see plan 1/A1.1. The location of the footing is not consistent. Missing new footing design on the latch side of the new pedestrian gate. Provide design and details for the new gate footing at the vehicular gate, pedestrian gate and new fence wall.
