Sheet IA-1.7: Demising wall: The demising wall shall be full-height and extended to the floor framing above. The Wall Legend referenced to detail 7/IA-6.1 was not sufficient for demising wall. Referenced detail 1/IA-6.1 and 3/IA-7.1: Please provide detail to show how ceiling tiles separated from the top wall track and wall braces. Accessible restrooms: Please clearly cross-reference detail for accessible restrooms. Sheet IA-2.7: Exit sign showed leading into the reception was not applicable. Please omit/remove exit signs leading into the reception area. Sheet IA-5.1 & IA-7.1: Wood Slat: Wood construction (combustible material) shall not be used in a type I-A building. Please coordinate and revise plan accordingly. (End of Comment)
