Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. - Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)PLAN CHECK COMMENTS:(Information) Obtain building permit prior to plan check expiration date: 04/07/2023.Per the new bathroom room design, transfer-type shower is NOT permitted. Please revise design or remove the shower. (Refer to detail 1/A7.0)Code language: (CBC 11B-213.3.6) Transfer-type shower compartments shall be permitted in transient lodging guest rooms, multibedroom housing units in undergraduate student housing and residential dwelling units; and shall not be permitted at other locations to meet the requirements of Section 11B-213.3.6.Please transpose all hand-writing texts into the drawings on all sheets. E.g. name of the tenants, year of code version…The architect of record please signthe disabled compliance form after complete the form. Resubmit signed form.Sheet A7.0. Detail 1. Provide 60” minimum in the direction of the restroom door swing (plan shows 4’-10”) for the required door maneuvering space. (11B-404.2.1)Sheet A7.0. Detail 2.Provide dimensions to show 60” clearance measured perpendicular from the sidewall to the edge of the lavatory. Show dimensions instead of dotted blocks.
