Main St.” Please revise the address range into two separate addresses. In city of Santa Ana, permits are issued under an address number. There are three carports located within the property line of the 1300 N. Main Street address. The other carport is located on the 1308 N. Main Street address.Revise the address on the title sheet and the title block on every sheets.Separate the scope of work for the three carports, transformer, and the number of carport-mounted lights under the 1300 N. Main Street address; separate the one carport and the number of carport-mounted lights under the 1308 N. Main Street address.Second Plan Review Comments: All carports are now located on 1300 N. Main Street. A building application and an electrical application were created under the address 1308 N. Main Street. Please write a letter to request for cancellation of plan check applications number 101109755 and 20175752. Upon approval of the cancellation, building staff will adjust permit fees under a single address. On the next submittal, please submit plans to Pedro Gomez with the Planning division and electrical plans to Mark Smith with the Building division. Their contact information are as follow: Mark SmithPlans Examiner Planning and Building Phone: (714) 647-5845 Email: msmith@santa-ana.org Pedro GomezSenior Planner Planning and Building Phone: (714) 667-2790 Email: PGomez@santa-ana.orgFirst Plan Review Comments: In city of Santa Ana, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) plans are separated and issued as a separate permit. Most sheets are missing from the sheet index. List the electrical sheets as “Review Per Separate Permit”, and revise the sheet index which matches the sheet numbers.Second Plan Review Comments: This item remains outstanding.Provide a site plan. The Photographic Simulation graphics are helpful, but it is not a substitute for the site plan. On the site plan, show the carport locations and sizes, cross-reference the type A, B, or C structure from the structural sheets, show the driveway width and the distance between carports, show the distance from the face of the carport to the property line. Show the accessible parking location. The carport shall cover at least one accessible parking space.First Plan Review Comments: Provide the following Building Code information: the occupancy group, the type of construction, height of the carports, area of the carports, sprinkler (yes or no). Second Plan Review Comments: Please revise the type of construction to “V-B”. The 2019 California Building Code has specific fire-protection exemptions on the solar photovoltaic panels support by a carport. The provisions are in Section 602.1 - Exception 3.1 through 3.5. Provide details and notes to illustrate how all of the conditions are met. If anyone of the condition is not met, the carport which is less than 10 feet from the property line will require a one-hour fire rated wall construction.First Plan Review Comments: The Civil Engineer On Record shall stamp and sign the site plan.Second Plan Review Comments: The engineer who stamped and signed sheet C10 through C40 is a different engineer who stamped the structural sheets. One Enigineer-On-Record shall stamp and sign the structural drawings and the site plan.Structural DrawingsThe structural section Type A, Type B, and Type C are shown on the structural sheets. Cross-reference the different structural section type on the site plan.[END]
