The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
Sheet A1.1: Please revise applicable codes to 2022 code edition.
Detail D3/S1.1:
Please revise detail to show distance between lag screws and end of post/beam, relatively.
For clarity, please revise note to specify ½” diameter lag screw. Check with structural calculation.
Two (2) lag screws – Please provide detail to show screw pattern at point of attachment. Show edge distance.
Engineering stamp expiration date has been expired – please update expiration date.
Structural calculation:
Please update structural calculation to the 2022 CBC and applicable Design Standards.
Please update engineering stamp expiration date.
Calculation showed 7” long lag screw – Please check depth of wood members for the length of screw; please reduce length so that it would not stick out of the post. Coordinate and revise detail D3/S1.1.
