All drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a California licensed architect or registered professional engineer. Missing stamp, date and/or signature on: SP-502, SP-503, and A1.00.
Revise project address on all sheets and the cover page of the structural calculation to match permit application: “1136 E Washington Avenue”.
