All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Reminder:Building permit will not be issued when other unpermitted works (under Plan Check number 104109745) are not approved and issued. Reminder: Plans have not been resubmitted for the PC#104109745 to Building Safety Division. The project valuation of $5000.00 was understated. Please provide accurate valuation for the proposed works. 2nd Review Comment: Please provide accurate valuation for the proposed tank and foundation. Structural plans: Please show/provide concrete pad information supporting the gas tank. Show pad dimensions, thickness, and reinforcement. 2nd Review Comment: Sheet S-1- Please specify/show minimum depth (thickness) of the concrete mat slab/pad. And, provide reinforcement at top and bottom of the concrete pad. Provide structural details for tank anchorage to footing. Details shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan. 2nd Review Comment: Please provide detail to show attachment of the tank’s legs to the concrete foundation. Specify size of anchor bolt and anchor plate washer, minimum anchor bolt embedment to footing. Reminder: Final plans shall be stamped, signed, and dated by a registered civil/structural engineer or a licensed architect. (End of Comment)
