A separate sheet for response may be used.This review does not include mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler system, or electrical work. Separate plans, applications, fees, plan checks, and permits are required for mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler systems, and electrical work. Call 647-5800 for information.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714) 573-6100).
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039).Sheet A1.0. It appears the installation of the 712-gallon water tank is part of this permit. Please clarify. If the 712-gallon water tank shown on plan is part of this permit, please add it to the description of the scope of workon plan. This tank is also shown on sheet A1.1 and structural sheet S1.0.Sheet A1.0. In the sheet index, add note” for reference only” to the MEP sheets: sheet P1.0, P1.1, E1.0 and M1.0.Provide project address on the cover page of the structural calculation.It appears the submitted calculation is not for this project. The job address in the calculation shows City of Los Angeles. (Job number shown in structural calculation 22-2675 and sheet S1 22-2680 also does not match).Submit structural calculation for equipment anchorage for installing (4) steam boilers, (1) feedwater tank, (1) water tank and (1) blowdown tank for further plan check.END OF COMMENTS
