Please specify the anchor bolt, embedment and spacing between the bolts in detail 2/KD-2. Please provide calculation to justify anchorage design in detail 2/KD-3. While new calculation is added, submit (2) copies of all pages of calculations of this project, stapled together for final approval. Do not submit the new supplementary calculation alone.
