All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Cover Sheet (sheet E-0.1): Reminder – please transfer the 2022 code edition to the electronic file prior to reprinting for resubmittal. 2nd Review Comment: Sheet E-0.1 was not included on the resubmittal. Please provide an overall site plan of the park showing location of the proposed light poles, so that it can be easily located. 2nd Review Comment: Please comply. Structural sheets shall be stamped, signed and dated by the structural engineer of record. Sheet S.1: On the plan, please provide light pole properties (structural material, pole inside and outside diameters, wall thickness, maximum height above ground level, etc. 2nd Review Comment: Plans must be legible. Please rearrange texts for the notes and details so that they can be legible when printed. Please review plans after printed. Provide installation details of light pole to precast structural base. 2nd Review Comment: Details must be legible. Please review information on sheet S.1 and S.2. Provide structural details of pole joint connection. Provide structural connection installation of the lighting assembly to light pole. Plan shall be stamped, signed and dated by a California registered civil/structural engineer. Please submit foundation plan to the soil engineer for review and approval prior submitting to City.
