The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
Reminder: Please transfer the Designer contact information (handwritten information) onto the electronic file prior to printing.
Sheet A-01: Please provide the following information on the first sheet

Applicable Codes (2022 California Residential Code (CRC); 2022 California Building Code (CBC); CMC = 2022 California Mechanical Code; CPC = 2022 California Plumbing Code; CEC = 2022 California Electrical Code)
Sheet A-04: Structural information provided on the architectural plans shall be consistence with the structural plans. Please coordinate and revise plan accordingly.
Sheet GN: Design loads – Please provide additional loads for the future installation of the roof mounted photovoltaic. Revise structural calculation as necessary.
Structural calculation was misplaced. Please provide two sets of structural calculation for final review and approval. Reminder: Calculations shall be stamped, signed and dated by the engineer of record.
Detail 3, 5, & 16 on sheet SD1: For clarity, please specify bolts/fasteners number and sizes.
