The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
All plan sheets must be the same size sheets. Please resubmit plan with same paper size.
Please clearly show location of sculptures. Provide pedestrian protection if the sculptures locate on the pedestrian area and/or pedestrian route.
2nd Review Comment: The original permit application specified two (2) sculptures – Please confirm that the scope of work has been changed to one (1) sculpture as shown on the plan.
Provide structural calculation and details for the sculptures’ support (foundation and anchor).
2nd Review Comment: Sheet A-002 and SL.1 –
Detail 6/SL.1: Please specify slab thickness (t) and minimum reinforcement for slab supporting the proposed sculpture.
Provide structural detail for anchorage of sculpture pedestal to the concrete slab (match structural calculation).
