Please provide a letter from the property or business owner with official letterhead, name, signature and date from the property or business owner. A letter of statement that “The proposed electric vehicle charging stations are not available to the general public and intended for use by a designated vehicle or driver only.”Incorporate this letter onto the first sheet of the plans. (Sheet A0-00.)Indicate in the scope of work by adding the note: “The electric vehicle charging stations are not for public use and shall comply with 2022 CBC 11B-228.3.2 exception #1.” (Sheet A0-00.)Add note on the site plan that signage is required to identify each private use EVCS. For example, signage should include the wording: “Electric vehicle only for: vehicular number, license plate or driver’s name.”Show locations of all EV spaces and accessible routes on the site plan. Access aisles shall be level with the EV space served, and slopes/cross-slopes shall not exceed 1:48.
