The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance: -Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. -Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840). -Public Works Agency approval (647-5039). - School District Compliance Certificate; and a copy of the building permit application, signed by the plan check engineer, shall be required by the School District to verify the scope of the work. Plans shall be signed and dated by the person who’s responsible for designing the project. Sheet A0: Applicable Codes: Please revise applicable codes to the 2022 code edition. Solar photovoltaic notes: Photovoltaic system is not required for the new addition. Please coordinate and revise note accordingly. Building Tabulations: Please revise to show existing (E) ADU and show new JADU. Site plan: Please provide additional information for the surface drainage. Show minimum slope and away from the building wall and drain to the street. Drainage should not be drained to the adjacent properties. Please provide wall opening calculation. Opening shall meet light, ventilation and emergency escape for the bedroom. Specify tempered glass for glazing in sliding door and windows adjacent to the bathtub, including the one next to the toilet. Sheet A4: Roofing material – Please specify roofing material. Building Section B: For clarity, please revise arrow for the attic insulation pointing to the correct location. Please clearly show where building sections were cut through. Sheet AD1: Details shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan and delete/omit detail that does not apply to the project. Sheet T24.1 & T24.2: Please use 2022 Certificate compliance forms.
