All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)Sheet T-1: Project shall comply with the current codes and design standards. Please revise applicable codes and design standards. Job address: Please include the 3/4 for the cellsite address. Please make changes to all the plan sheets. Sheet A-2: New CMU wall – Please specify wall height. Provide structural analysis for the existing monopole for the modification (existing + new). Sheet A-3: Please provide structural calculation for the proposed CMU wall and footing.Provide detail to show positive connection between the new CMU wall and existing wall, at wall and foundation/slab. Sheet A-5: Detail 4: Please revise plan to show wall height and gate size.
