If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Sheet A-001: Sheet Index: MEP are under separate plan review. Please remove MEP sheets from the sheet Index. Type of construction: Please verify type of construction – Per permit record, the existing building is type V-B construction. Sheet A-101: Site plan was incomplete. Sunflower Ave did not locate adjacent to the building; there is another building locate between the Sunflower Ave and subject strip mall building. Please coordinate and review site plan accordingly. There appear no accessible path of travel from the Sunflower Ave. Per Google map view, accessible route appear to be located adjacent to the Buffalo Wild Wings Restaurant from the S. Bristol street. Please verify and revise site plan accordingly. Sheet A-102: For clarity, please specify the occupancy and use of space for the adjacent spaces/suites. Exit discharge to the rear of the building – Please verify and specify that the exit discharge shall be unobstructed and continue to the Public way. Sheet A-103: Please provide a ceiling plan showing finish and ceiling construction details. Details shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan. Referenced detail 11/A-502: Please revise restroom dimensions. Dimensions showed on plan appeared incorrect. Restrooms: Please show location of water closet, 17”-18” measured from the centerline of the water closet to the adjacent sidewall. Reference door note on sheet A-503: Note #3 – Please revise note to reference to the 2022 CBC. Ceiling details on sheet A-503: Please clearly cross-reference details onto the ceiling plan.
