All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.This review does not include mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler system, or electrical work. Separate plans, applications, fees, plan checks, and permits are required for mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler systems, and electrical work. Call 647-5800 for information.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.Please separate all electrical sheets from Building permit application set. Please apply Electrical Permit and submit all electrical plans for electrical plan review.Call the Building Division at 714-647-5800 to schedule a resubmittal appointment, or contact your assigned permit counter staff for your specific project.Please provide a key plan showing property lines, street names, and location of proposed light poles. Provide this key plan on the first page of the drawings.The permit application indicate (8) new light poles to be installed. However, structural plans shows only (7) new light poles to be installed and (1) existing light pole at location A2 to remain. Please response in writing to clarify and revise plans if needed.Please provide a description of the scope of work on the first page of the drawings. Note on the plan: “Scope of work - Replacement of existing (how many?) sports lighting system with electrical fixtures, conduit, wire and pull boxes including (how many?) new poles and new concrete footing.”Indicate the design criteria and soils parameters, name of the firm responsible for the soils report and the date and number of the report on plan.Please have the foundation plans reviewed and approved by the geotechnical engineer from the soils report provider prior to submitting for next Building Division plan check.Submit a review letter by soils engineer and incorporate any requirements and recommendations into the plans.The soils report requires foundation excavations to be reviewed by soils engineer. Note on the foundation plan "Prior to requesting a Building Department foundation inspection, the soils engineer shall inspect and approve the foundation excavations".END OF COMMENTS
