- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Sheet A-102: Exit discharge to the rear of the building – Please verify and specify that the exit discharge shall be unobstructed and continue to the Public way. 2nd Review Comment: Please provide complete information for the safe dispersal area to meet all conditions under Section 1028.5. Sheet A-103: Please provide a ceiling plan showing finish and ceiling construction details. Details shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan. 2nd Review Comment: Please provide construction details for hard ceiling area. Details shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan. Restrooms: Please show location of water closet, 17”-18” measured from the centerline of the water closet to the adjacent sidewall. 2nd Review Comment: Detail 8/A-502 is for restroom sink. Revise detail to show 18” minimum measured from the adjacent wall to the centerline of the fixture. Ceiling details on sheet A-503: Please clearly cross-reference details onto the ceiling plan.
