The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.

Sheet A102: Please revise plan to show/provide 36” clear access between kitchen counter spaces.
Sheet S-0: Structural Observation Program is provided – If required, please provide owner’s and engineer’s signatures and sign date. Otherwise, remove/omit from plan.
Sheet S-1: General note #3 – Please update note reference to the 2022 California Building Code and remove any code referenced to the LABC.
Sheet S-1: Inspection Schedule and notes – please update notes and schedule to reflect the current code edition and standards.
