The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
-Public Works Agency approval (647-5039).
Final plan shall be signed, and dated by the engineer of record (Mr. Pham).
Sheet A1: Scope of work – Please revise scope work to specify “expanding existing bedroom into the existing dining space to add new bathroom inside the bedroom”.
Window A at expanded bedroom #2 – Please provide minimum 4’x4’ sliding window to meet emergency escape opening.
