Opening between building suites may not allowed due to the existing fire area separation (60 x 100 unit)Drawing Index: Please note – Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical are under separate review. Occupancy groups: Please revise plan to specify occupancy group (F-2). Type of construction: Please revise plan to specify type of construction (V-B), per permit record.Sheet T-2: Notes are referenced to the older code. Sheet SP-1.0:Please provide guardrails from the public sidewalk (from Warner Ave) to separate the pedestrian walkway and the vehicular area (please see marked-up plan for clarity). Additional truncated domes are required along the accessible route. Please see marked-up plan for locations. Accessible parking stalls: At least one van accessible parking stall is required. Please revise plan to provide/show van accessible parking stall complying with Section 11B-502.2. On the plan, please clearly show location of proposed works for suite 1335, 1339, 1341. Sheet A-01: Project Code information: Please revise code edition to show 2022 Code edition. Occupancy groups: Please include the S-2 and F-2. Warehouse space: Maximum travel distance for space with one exit is 100-ft. The travel distance is measured along the wall to the exit doorway. Please provide a second exit for the warehouse area. (Table 1006.2.1)Sheet A-3.0: New walls: On the plan, please provide construction details for each wall type and clearly cross-referenced details onto the plan. Referenced detail 1/A-4.0, Restroom plans – Please show that restroom door shall not encroach more than 12” into the 60” turning circle. Sheet A-5.0: Provide details for the new suspended ceiling and new hard ceiling. Details shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan. Suspended ceiling system shall be ICC/UL listed system. Sheet A-7.0: Details shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan. Delete/omit detail that does not apply to the project. Sheet S-1.0: Opening between building suites are not allowed due to existing required area separation (each 60 x 100 unit), per permit record.
